Speaking of the RFID products of iData, the most familiar products are two handheld devices, namely 50UHF and 95UHF. The two products are applied to the fixed asset management, production management and apparel stock management.

Today we'll mainly introduce the latest RFID handheld device i3 UHF and the four-port fixed reader UR4 of iData RFID.

UR4 is employed with Impinj R2000. The maximum output power is 32.5dBm. It also boasts its -82dBm extremely high agility. It may realize a big reading scope and high environmental adaptability. Even in the environment disturbed by obstacles like liquid or metal, it may also ensure the reading distance and guarantee to be normally used in the warehouse filled with obstacles.

UR4 boasts stronger algorithms and supports multiple work modes. In face of a great number of tags that move in a high speed on the conveyor belt, it may rapidly finish recognition and does not miss any of them; it may easily cope with various complicated environments.

Stable and durable design, with longer service life

UR4 boasts the very durable metal shell; the wave-shaped cooling fin realizes five-level anti-dust grade, thus ensuring the device may be normally operated in the dusty or extremely heat environment.

UR4 adopts the industrial anti-thunder design and may ensure safe operation of the device when there is the lightning stroke.

The product interface adopts the thread-off proof design, which may ensure the interface safety, reduce the maintenance costs, and meanwhile strengthen the connection stability of the product and reduce detachment of the connection wire caused by drag.

UR4 supports interfaces like RS232, RS485, Wiegand and GPIO, and covers the mainstream connection modes of the market. It may be connected to the backstage system of the manufacturing industry and logistics industry without any worry. It may be instantly used after it is plugged in, thus meeting the use demands of multiple scenarios.

Easy deployment, saving more costs

UR4 supports the POE(802.3af standard) power supply mode and reduces the time required for the reader's connection to the power source. The interface layout is compact. The power source/communication interface and RF terminals are located at both sides of the device, thus facilitating the large-sized deployment.

UR4 is directly connected to the network through Wi-Fi/4G in a wireless way. Without the deployment of communication cables, it may be added to the system network, thus saving the high costs of cable deployment.

iData i3UHF

Different from 50UHF/95UHF, i3 UHF increases the RFID module on the basis of not changing the original structure of i3. The advantage is that it perfectly retains the comfortable operation hand feeling of i3 and other functions.

By using the frequency band from 920 to 925 MHz, i3UHF is customizable from 865 to 868MHz. The output power of 0-25dBm can be adjusted freely, which makes the equipment have a reading range of 0-1.5 m, so the reading and writing distance can be close or far. It can be adjusted according to the use demand to avoid the trouble caused by misreading. Moreover, it can read up to 9,662 blank cards, which ensures the efficiency of reading and writing a large number of tags.

iData RFID product array
